Cooking time: 5 minutes
1. In a large bowl, toss spinach with blueberries and strawberries.
2. In a small bowl, whisk together honey, mustard, vinegar and salt.
3. Drizzle 3/4 dressing over salad, then sprinkle pine nuts over top.
4. Serve sprinkled with cheese, if desired, and remaining dressing on the side
