Method

  1. Cook rice according to packet instructions.
  2. Combine the fresh chilli, garlic, cumin, soy sauce, and leftover pork in a bowl.
  3. In a hot wok heat the oil.
  4. Add the onion, cabbage, and carrots and cook until crisp.
  5. Add the pork mixture and stir until cooked through.
  6. Serve with the rice topped with chopped coriander.
