Broccoli
300 g cut into small pieces

2 - (from a jar), chopped

6 - drained and chopped

120 g

Method

  1. Cook the pasta according to packet instructions.
  2. Add oil to a deep pan on medium heat.
  3. Add broccoli and cook for 4 minutes.
  4. Add garlic and rosemary sprig and stir fry for one 1 minute.
  5. Add peppers, sundried tomatoes and tomato puree and cook for 2 minutes, stirring all the time.
  6. Stir in cooking cream and parmesan.
  7. Remove from heat.
  8. Combine sauce with drained pasta and serve.
