Ingredients

Basmati Rice
120 g or wholegrain

Carrots
2 - diced

Centra Kale
120 g chopped

Chicken Breast
2 - chopped

Chicken Stock
300 millilitre

Coriander
1 handful roughly chopped

Onion
1 - sliced

Rapeseed Oil
1 tbsp

Teriyaki Sauce
2 tbsp

Method

  1. Cook rice according to packet instructions.
  2. Place oil in a large skillet or wok over high heat.
  3. Add the chicken and stir-fry until cooked through.
  4. Now add the onion, carrots, and kale and stir-fry for 3 minutes.
  5. Add stock and teriyaki sauce and stir until hot.
  6. Serve with cooked rice and top with chopped coriander.
